Stick to your fitness plan –
Being a mother of a little kid, your day will be full of responsibilities, but if you will not stick to your fitness plan then no one else will take it seriously. So block out the time for your exercise routine, if you have set morning walk or running for your fitness, then give the responsibility of taking care of kids to your husband for that particular time period.
Prioritize your fitness plan –
If the 1st point doesn’t work, then go with prioritizing fitness plan, go for fitness routine first things the first basis. When kids are in school or your toddler is sleeping, then don’t rush for any other work, set your exercise time for that particular time period. You are about to start your fitness plan from tomorrow, then make your mind one night before, getting your clothes, headphones, sneakers or sports shoes, socks ready, this will help you waking up early morning with prepared mind and without wasting those extra minutes you can do some other exercises.

Be confident about your workout plan, that you are about to do in the gym or in-house. Be motivated enough to make a workout plan and then committed to it. What is your fitness goal? Is it only to keep your body fit? Are you planning to lose extra pounds? Set a goal and then commit to it.
Involve your kids in fitness plan –
Isn’t it a good idea for involving your kids also in fitness plan? Yes, it is, you can even bribe your kids also for participating in your morning walk session with extra play time or extra cookies. In addition, your kids will be fit without any extra effort.
Check out your schedule –
Is your schedule actually busy? Or you have made your schedule busy? You can audit your day schedule and make changes accordingly like choosing workout instead of checking Facebook or Instagram which can be done when you are in bed with kids.
