We witness a lot of fitness icons who have set milestones and are our ideal in Health regime. You recently bought membership of gym for 3 or 6 months. Do not set a short goal, I advise to set long term goal for your body fitness like the new year is started and you can set the resolution to go 5 days a week to the gym this year.

Find out some friends or groups having same health goals, which can motivate & inspire you for achieving your goal. Read motivational quotes related to workout & exercise and surf on the internet for information about health & nutrition guide so that you eat also better.
Enjoy workout routine: –
For making fitness your lifestyle, you will have to love what you do in the gym or your workout routine. If you don’t like a particular exercise, then find some alternative of that. Like if you hate running on a treadmill which is best cardio exercise, then choose some other alternative like climbing stairs or riding the bicycle or any other activity you love and enjoy but gets hell out of you.
Don’t make it mental pressure: –
You will be able to make fitness your lifestyle only when you do it from the heart without taking the burden of that. Does going to gym feels like a burden to you every morning? If yes, then, first of all, you need to get free from that worry and mental pressure from your mind, only then you can enjoy the workout.
Hard work always pays off. If you really do hard work in the gym, be sure that one day you will be seeing positive results either your goal is losing weight or getting six packs abs. Just set your mind of doing a better workout than yesterday.
