Have you ever struggled losing weight with the treadmill workout? Most of the times, running on treadmill becomes really boring and monotonous job that we hate in our exercise routine. For those times, I have some workout sets for you to enjoy using the treadmill for losing weight:-
Treadmill Workout for weight loss –
This exercise routine requires a lot of strength & stamina. For this treadmill workout, you will start warming up your body on the normal speed. Speed, at what you are comfortable on the treadmill by jogging minimum for three minutes. After doing running or jogging for three minutes, on the floor you will have to do butt kicks, jumping jacks, pushups & squats for further three minutes. Again get back to running on a treadmill, for this time you will have to make sure speed of running high. Now again come down to the floor and start doing Burpees, Russian twists and frog jump for five minutes as a set of some intense exercise. Again start running on a treadmill for next five minutes.
Upper Body Strength Workout –
By spending 20 minutes in the gym using the treadmill and this exercise routine, you can strengthen your body and hence losing weight. For gaining upper body strength, this exercise routine will sweat you out. Start by doing jogging on the treadmill for four minutes. For starting you do run at your ease, but if you feel so you can incline treadmill or set high speed for running. Next two minutes, you will have to do dumbbell chest press. For next two minutes go with bent over dumbbell rows. For next 2 minutes go with Triceps kickback. Continuing with 20 minutes, you can repeat the routine.
Treadmill Tabata Workout –
Tabata is one of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workout. It is very well known for increasing strength, improving flexibility, losing weight & building muscles. Tabata workout has always hard work out for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds and repeating the same exercise for 8 rounds. When Tabata Workout and treadmill is combined together, then it makes a deadly combination. Start with running on a treadmill for 8 minutes, do skipping for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and then squat jacks for further 20 seconds and repeat the same exercise routine.
Running is the best exercise to lose weight. If you want a fit body, then running is sure for you.
